BLAK BRIDESMAIDS

A flattering v neckline, and thicker straps makes the Believer Dress compatible with most body shapes. With a fitted body and flowing skirt, the front split adds a little bit of drama to a classic shape.  

 

Please note this style is made to order and will take 8-14 weeks. There are no refunds and exchanges on made to order products.

* Custom colours - If you require a customer colour this is a $50.00 charge per order. You will need to select the custom colour  product, this is one fee per order not per dress.

Once you custom colour order is placed we will liaise with you on your colour details, you will be required to send a swatch for our dyers to match (this can be in the form of a piece of fabric or paint colour swatch - unfortunately by email is not accurate enough)  - custom colour is an extra 6 weeks for the colour approval process, this time frame starts from the date your colour swatch is received

TIMEFRAME

The timeframe to make your order spans from 8-14 weeks from order to ownership depending on the time of the year garments are ordered. Please note from October through to February it is the longer of the two time periods. 

An additional 6 weeks is needed if custom colouring is ordered for the colour match time frame.

This time frame starts from the date the order is paid for. You will then be contacted when your order has arrived ready for you to pick up or be sent out to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING MADE TO ORDER BLAK BRIDESMAIDS PRODUCT

We take great pride in providing our customers with impeccable quality product. While every endeavour is made to accurately reproduce each colour, there may be a variation is colour shade to your final purchase. As each order is dyed separately to your order specifications, each dye batch can have a slight colour variation. This variation can occur due to the nature of the fabric dyes and dying process, the amount of fabric being dyed at any one time and the climatic conditions like the temperature at the time of dying.
 
Please note when viewing colours on your device colours can vary on different screens. While we endeavour to upload files as closely as possible to the garment colour, each particular device can change the shade creating this variation between your screen and your finished product colour. 

Garments are made to standard BLAK pattern and sizing. The sample range is available in stores to assist you with selecting your correct size. You are responsible for the size you order. Due to the Bridesmaids Collection being a made to order product to your specifciations there are no cancellations, returns or credits on this product. 

Any issues in regards to your order received must be brought to the attention of BLAK within 7 days of receiving your order. If an issue is raised at this time BLAK must have the opportunity to inspect the garment and come to an agreement.


 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to have your order sent out within 24 hours of receiving. If you require an urgent or Saturday delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz and we will do our best  to make this happen for you.

 

TRACKING & COURIERS

We use NZ Post Courier for most deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, you will then be able to follow the progress of your delivery through the link supplied.

International orders will either use Nz Post Courier or DHL.

  

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping in New Zealand is FREE on all orders over $50!

Shipping within New Zealand will generally take between 2 - 3 working days. Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is a $20 flat rate. Shipping time frames for international orders are between 5 - 10 days. If you require an urgent or delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz and we will do our best  to make this happen for you (there may be an extra cost)

 

DUTIES

Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged to you as the purchaser from your local government upon your item entering your country if you have exceeded your local threshold levels. As it varies from country to country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may occur.

 

RETURNS

We understand it can be tricky ordering online without trying on your items. If for any reason your item is not as expected, we are more than happy to help you exchange or to fully refund your purchase. (This applies to all items excluding our made to order service).
