BLAK does not guarantee that all items included in our webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, BLAK will promptly contact you by e-mail. BLAK may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although BLAK strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. BLAK cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, BLAK will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order.
New Zealand: free
International Purchases over $300: free shipping
International purchase under $300: $30 shipping
All packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
All New Zealand orders are sent via Post Haste. Delivery time frames are 1-3 working days.
For Australian and other international sales we use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping price. This includes track and trace. Delivery time frames for Australian and other international sales are 4-10 working days. This does not include the amount of time for customs clearance. BLAK has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You will be liable for these charges.
All goods shipped are insured
If you are not completely happy with your new purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address within 7 days of receiving your order, we will provide a full refund (when goods are returned) on full priced purchases. Sale purchases will be provided a credit. For any returns that are outside the 7 day return period please email email@example.com with why you wish to return and the reason for the delay, and we aim to come up with a solution for you.
If you find that the size you bought is too small or too large or you simply would like to exchange or refund your purchase- please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help. (Please contact us as soon as possible, we cannot accept exchanges outside 7 days of receiving your purchase).
Naturally, any returns that are damaged in anyway may not be accepted and may be sent back you. We will cover the shipping costs of your replacement, we do however ask you to pay for the return shipping costs of your exchangeable items and returns.
