A balm-to-oil-to-milk cleanser designed to dissolve makeup, SPF and daily buildup in one step.
Formulated with a spectrum of plant-derived lipids and antioxidant actives, it works with the skin to bind to and lift away everything from excess sebum to long-wear pigments, cleansing thoroughly without disrupting the skin’s natural balance.
As the balm melts into an oil and transforms into a light milk on contact with water, it rinses clean while leaving the skin soft, balanced and comforted.

WHY BALM
Oil dissolves oil — but not all oils behave the same.
This formulation brings together a spectrum of plant-derived lipids, from lightweight to richly nourishing, allowing it to bind to and lift away everything from excess sebum to long-wear pigments and SPF.
The result is a thorough cleanse that remains gentle and respectful of the skin.
This balm uses nutrient-rich plant oils to bind to and lift away oil-based impurities—including makeup, SPF and excess sebum—transforming into a light milk on contact with water for a complete, non-stripping cleanse.
Cleansing should work with your skin, not against it.

Click & Collect
Collect your order from either of our stores by selecting Click & Collect at checkout. Simply choose your preferred location, date and collection time.
This service is free, and same-day collection is available where possible.
Tracking
All New Zealand orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier. International orders are sent via DHL Express.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We understand that shopping online can be difficult without trying items on.
If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that different return conditions apply to Sale items. Read the policy below.

• Made-to-order Bridesmaids garments are not eligible for return.
• Custom-made Mainline orders are not eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and your completed returns form.
