We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

• Free shipping on all orders over $150 NZD
• $9 NZD flat rate for orders under $150
• Delivery: 1–2 working days
• Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for rural addresses.
Australia
• $30 AUD flat rate
• Shipped via DHL Express
• Delivery: 3–5 working days
International
• $60 NZD flat rate
• Shipped via DHL Express
• Delivery: 5–10 working days

Click & Collect
Collect your order from either of our stores by selecting Click & Collect at checkout. Simply choose your preferred location, date and collection time.
This service is free, and same-day collection is available where possible.
Tracking
All New Zealand orders are shipped with NZ Post Courier. International orders are sent via DHL Express.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs regulations and thresholds vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns
We understand that shopping online can be difficult without trying items on.
If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that different return conditions apply to Sale items. Read the policy below.
Please note:
• Made-to-order Bridesmaids garments are not eligible for return.
• Custom-made Mainline orders are not eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and your completed returns form.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to BLAK.

Once your return has been received, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Please allow an additional 2–4 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you'd like to exchange for another size or style, please email online@blak.co.nz so we can reserve the item for you, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning exchange items. We'll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.
