Our Sculpting Body Cup is a deeply supportive tool in our self-massage and body care rituals. Designed to target stubborn areas, this cup is especially powerful in helping reduce the appearance of cellulite while working deeper into the fascia—the connective tissue that holds tension, stagnation, and stored energy.
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping supports the release of stagnation by promoting the free flow of qi (life force energy) and blood. By gently pulling the skin upward, our body cup activates circulation, stimulates lymphatic flow, and helps to move energy and fluid that may be stuck within the layers of tissue.
What it supports:
• Targets the appearance of cellulite
• Releases tension and stagnation in the fascia
• Encourages lymphatic detoxification
• Boosts circulation and microcirculation
• Helps sculpt and contour the body
• Improves the flow of qi and energy in the body
• Eases water retention and puffiness
• Softens tight or dense tissue
• Aids emotional release and the fascia-held stories we carry
Crafted from soft, medical-grade silicone, our Sculpting Body Cup is flexible and intuitive to use. Simply squeeze the sides to create suction, place it onto oiled skin, and begin gliding in slow, upward strokes. You can easily adjust the intensity of the pressure depending on how much you squeeze.
Please note: Each cup may have slight variations in color and texture — a natural result of its use and exposure to air over time. These changes don’t affect its function, but are simply part of its journey with you.
How to Use:
The cup must be used with body oil to glide properly—without it, the skin can be pulled too harshly. For added ease, you can also use the cup in the shower with an oil-based cleanser or body balm.
Start with 3–5 minutes per area, once a day, and build up gradually. As always, go slow and listen to your body.
A Friendly Reminder:
- Light bruising may occur during the first few uses—this is your body releasing stagnation. If bruising appears, stop using the cup until it fully subsides. When resuming, use less pressure and ensure there’s enough oil for smooth gliding.
- Cupping should never be painful. Adjust the pressure as needed—gentle is often more effective over time.
- Not intended for use on intimate areas or delicate skin (e.g. face, breasts, genitals)
- Do not use on sunburn, open wounds, injuries, varicose or spider veins, or if you have deep vein thrombosis.
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
- If you have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before use.
- Every body is unique. Results may vary from person to person.
