Our natural soy wax candle collection established our reputation as a fragrance house, though our focus has since extended in to bodycare, kitchen and laundry collections which has cemented us as a true lifestyle brand, bringing our unique fragrances into all parts of the home.
Shipping, Refunds + Returns
We aim to have your order packed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receiving it. If you require an urgent or Saturday delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz, we will do our best to make this happen for you.
NEW ZEALAND
Shipping in New Zealand is FREE on all orders over $150! Standard rate shipping for orders under $150 is a $8 flat rate. Shipping within New Zealand will generally take between 1-2 working days. Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days.
INTERNATIONAL
DHL to Australia is a flat rate of $30. International shipping is $60. Shipping time frames for international orders are between 5 - 10 days. If you require an urgent or delivery please contact us on online@blak.co.nz and we will do our best to make this happen for you (there may be an extra cost).
CLICK & COLLECT
At checkout we offer the option to collect from either of our locations, simply choose your store, date and time. This option is free, and can be same day pick up.
TRACKING & COURIERS
We use NZ Post Courier for most deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched, you will then be able to follow the progress of your delivery through the link supplied.International orders will either use Nz Post Courier or DHL.
DUTIES
Extra fees for duties and taxes may be charged to you as the purchaser from your local government upon your item entering your country if you have exceeded your local threshold levels. As it varies from country to country, you are best to refer to your local customs office for charges that may occur.
RETURNS
We understand it can be tricky ordering online without trying on your items. If for any reason your item is not as expected, we are more than happy to help you exchange or to *fully refund your full-priced purchase within 14 days.
This does not apply to our made to order Bridesmaids service or custom-made mainline orders.

Once an item is received BLAK will process your refund, which can take 2-4 days to show in your bank account. Any questions on your returned item please email headoffice@blak.co.nz to resolve.

EXCHANGES
If you find that the size you bought is too small or too large or you simply would like to exchange your purchase - please do so as above. We can exchange full price items and end of season sale items, however, if a sale item has additional discounts, it is final sale.
Naturally, any returns that are damaged in anyway may not be accepted and may be sent back you. We will cover the shipping costs of sending out your replacement, we do however ask you pay for the return shipping costs of your exchangeable items.
